The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where the processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where I have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and maintaining business correspondence.

Contact form submissions are processed and stored using Wix Forms. Wix acts as a data processor on my behalf for relevant website and form-related processing and processes personal data in accordance with its applicable data processing terms.

I retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Enquiries that do not result in a client relationship are generally deleted when they are no longer needed, unless I have a legitimate reason or legal obligation to retain them.
